The fully furnished apartment is uniquely situated on the top of a old office building in an historic lane in the City of London. The first floor has the spacious lounge area, separate fully equipped kitchen (inc dishwasher) and 2 bedrooms. The 2nd floor is the bathroom and the bedroom available.
This is the master bedroom of the apartment. Double bed, Air conditioning, bed side table, drawers, wardrobe and some storage ( not much, but not bad for City of London). The room gets a lot of light in the summer and also can get quite warm without being uncomfortable. * To note there is a separate wardrobe that you can’t see on the pictures
The apartment is on the 3rd floor ( no lift sorry!) of a office building literally 2 min walk away from Bank station. It is perfectly located and immensely convenient if you work in the city as you can easily walk to work. To give you an idea St Pauls is 5 min walk away , London Bridge 10 mins and Liverpool Street 10 mins. You have One New Change shopping centre, M&S, Tescos, high street banks, various restaurants, pubs, etc literally on your doorstep and no more than 5 min walk away. In terms of transport you have the DLR, District, Thames link, Northern and Central line all a few minute walks away.
I will be leaving behind a very good housemate as well. She is a laid back, sociable, young professional (mid 20’s), who works in the city at an investment company. We are seeking male / female that is similar and preferable someone that works in the city or close by.
I am moving out as I am now moving in with girlfriend to our own place. The room is available from 25th April but we could potentially be a little flexible on this either way.
£255 per week inc all bills; utilities, sky+, internet and council tax. The only catch being, we also have a cleaner ( £10 per week each) that we swear by and we pay the cleaner ourselves.
Deposit is 6 x weeks rent.
So what next?...
I will be looking to conduct viewings over the next 7 days and expect the room to be off the market very soon after. It is important that we select the right housemate as this is an apartment share after all.
