Single room in Shoreditch
|
Single room available for rent in a top floor flat in a Victorian building in an understated part of Shoreditch. £600 rent plus £100 (approx) bills a month. The location of the flat is perfect in London Zone 1. There are several tube stations to choose from, the closest being Old Street only 5 minutes away. Shoreditch High Street overground is 10 minutes and Liverpool Street is 5-10 minutes away. The flat is in the quieter part os Shorditch, just off the main roads but still within a short distance of the main party areas and several pubs and bars to choose from round the corner. A bright, basic room. Decent sized wardrobe; a single bed (could fit a small double bed in there). There is also shelf space available in the built in cupboard, and a fold out small desk. The building is from the 1900s so there are a few unique quirks such as the old-fashioned windows and high ceilings. The living room is quite bright and good size, with a sofa bed. Bathroom has an electric shower. Kitchen is also an average size with a handy breakfast bar along the side; electric oven and cooker. Another great feature is the roof terrace with a great view of the city, perfect for a BBQ in the summer, especially as the flat is on the top floor, it’s only a short flight of stairs away. There is also a communal laundry room in the basement of the building which is very handy. You'd be living with me, female, sociable and tidy professional in my early 20s. It’s a great place with affluent neighbours and I personally think it offers everything. Great location, close to the hustle and bustle but not noisy and safe. Looking for a friendly, (preferably) female housemate to live with, who can also contribute to the flat in terms of domestic chores. I'm quite chilled out and independent but would like a housemate who I can also hang out with too so the flat feels more like a home. Photos
