My flatmate and I are looking to fill a huge double bedroom in our large duplex apartment in the heart of Shoreditch.

The flat comes fully furnished with a large kitchen/living space and roof access. Located on the doorstep of numerous bars and restaurants in Rivington Street.

Our remaining bedroom has a desk alcove and sizeable built-in closet.

Rent is £200 per week for the room, bills average £10/15 per week each. Ideally we are looking for young professionals so that we can split Council Tax, but students may be considered.

Holding fee and deposit of six weeks rent required.

We're pretty laid back people so it would be great to find someone we can socialise and enjoy our fantastic flat with!
