Large double bedroom in a spacious 3 bedroom modern flat, shared between 4 people.

The flat is 8 mins walk from Liverpool St and Old Street, 5 mins from Shoreditch High St
overland, 2 mins from a Tescos and Co-op and 5 mins from a Sainsbury's.

The house is situated in a complex that is very secure with an outer gate. There is a manager and a really nice handyman/concierge who is very helpful.

You will be renting one of three rooms and sharing with a English/Irish couple and Japanese/American girl. The available room would be on the first of three floors with a bathroom to share with one other housemate. There is also a double room on the third floor which is shared by a couple who have a separate bathroom. The second floor is a large open plan kitchen/living room.

We are looking for an easygoing flatmate (male or female) aged between 24 and 35.

On top of the £880/month rent there are bills to be paid (gas, electricity, council tax, tv+internet and a cleaner) these come to c.£80 per person per month on average, most likely less.
