One of our flatmate is moving out and so and we are looking for someone to take her room.
We are 3 people (2 guys and a girl) in 4 bed apartment. We all get along well and enjoy the occasional movie night or a drink. The location is amazing for anyone working in the city. It's literally 5 minutes walk to any of Liverpool St, Old St, Moorgate or Shoreditch High Street stations. There are loads of cafes, pubs and shops around, as well as being 3 minutes walk from Hoxton Square, and there is a Boris Bike rack twenty paces from the front door.
The house is clean with wooden flooring throughout and neutral decor, we have fast broadband, Sky HD and a dishwasher. Considering the lively surrounding, the flat is tucked away behind Great Eastern Street and noticeably quiet and tranquil.
The room is a bright good sized double, costing 925 (all inclusive). There is a lovely open kitchen/lounge area and a good sized bathroom (but only one bathroom). Its furnished, with bed and storage cupboards
We want someone who is friendly, sociable and relatively clean to come live with us (and willing to go on the lease).
The room is free from 2nd August
