THE ROOM:
From the 1st November 2014 we have an attractive light-filled double room available. The room is in good condition, has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, drawers, desk and chair, floor-to-ceiling windows, a large double window/sliding door to balcony (shared with the rest of the flat), and a nice 9th floor view. Please note that the room is available for one person only.

THE FLAT:
A purpose built flat in the prestigious Barbican complex. There are a total of four bedrooms in the flat (including this one), a small lounge with sofas, coffee table, etc, one full bathroom, an additional half bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen with a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, cooker/oven, microwave, etc. There is a balcony surrounding most of the flat with an area for BBQs or just gazing at the lovely view over the City.

THE FLATMATES:
An Austrian guy, English guy, and Scottish guy. All are young professionals in their 20s or 30s working in the City. You will be the fourth flatmate. Please note that the room is available for one person only.

THE AREA:
The Barbican is right in zone 1 in the heart of the City of London. There is a big supermarket close by (a Waitrose) and plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants. The Barbican Centre boasts a world class arts centre with one of the best arthouse cinemas in London as well as orchestra (the LSO) and theatre (RSC). and you are a short walk from all the bars and restaurants around Smithfied market or a longer walk to the Hoxton Square/Shoreditch nightlife and of course the West End.

TRANSPORT:
Transport links are great. You are a 5 minute walk from either Barbican or Moorgate tube stations which are on the Circle, Metropolitian, Hammersmith & City, and Northern lines.
