My name is Richie, I am going on a sabbitical for 3 months to South America next month and I'm renting my room.

The flat is a fantastic space, it's a converted basement apartment with a very large open-plan living area as you can see in the photos. There are two large bedrooms at the back of the flat with plenty of space for clothes etc. Bedroom and flat comes fully furnished.

- Very comfortable leather couches and large lazy boy chair to chill out.
- 42 inch flat screen with surround sound system
- Super fast 150mb Virgin broadband with unlimited downloads and Virgin TV including BT Sport
- 1 bathroom with high pressure shower
- Washing machine

Location:

- Right in centre of Shoreditch, literally across the road from the high st
- 1 min walk to Shoreditch Hg St station
- 7 min walk to Liverpool st
- 10 min walk to Old St station
- Beside tonnes of shops, restuarants and bars but no noise carrys into the flat.

The cost of £800 includes all the following:

- Rent
- Tv and Internet (152 mb broadband)
- Water Charges
- Council Tax

Ideally housemate will be:

- 25 to 40
- Full time job working preferably 9-5pm
- Laid back and friendly would be ideal (both of us are very easy going nice guys)

You would be living with my housemate and friend, Barry. He is 33 years old, who runs his own small record label with regular gigs around Europe. He has a small studio in the house and works from home on a daily basis.

Flat is available 12th of December hrough to First week of March - dates are relatively flexible depending on your situation.
