Short term double in Shoreditch

For rent is my enormous double bedroom in the best location in London - Shoreditch. The room will be available from Thursday 18th December - Sunday 4th January (18 nights in total).

The apartment itself is a beautiful 3-bedroom factory-conversion with loads of space, massive windows and a modern finish. You will be sharing with my great flatmates - a guy from New Zealand and a guy from Ireland. The room itself is enormous! There is a double bed, wardrobe, shelves and sofa for you to use comfortably and respectfully.

Shoreditch is an absolutely fantastic location - loads of great bars, cafes and restaurants and some of the best nightlife in London, all on your doorstep. It is close to the amazing Brick Lane, Colombia Road Market, Boxpark, The City and everything else East and Central London has to offer.

The room costs £35 per night (£630 in total for the 18 nights) which will need to be paid in full beforehand. I will pay the bills for your time in London so you don't have to worry about any other costs. I will give you your keys which you can return to me at end of your stay.

I would also like a £200 deposit which will be refunded when you leave.
