ABOUT THE WAREHOUSE
It's a furnished warehouse conversion (2 floor mezzanine spacious flat) just a 4 minute walk from Old Street and Shoreditch High Street, and about 6-7 mins from Liverpool Street.
Upstairs is a reception area / full kitchen, and downstairs is a large living space, two double bedrooms, a fairly big storage area and a small bathroom. There is also a salt water (marine) fishtank with live coral!
Bills are around £120 pcm, including water, gas and electricity, broadband and council tax. We also have Netflix, a 55" smart TV with subwoofer, a Nespresso machine and a slow cooker ;)
Gas, Elec, Water, fibre broadband & council tax aren't included, and they're around £120 pcm.
ABOUT ME (THE OTHER FLATMATE)
I'm a finance professional working in FX / E-commerce in the City, originally from Cheltenham and a Durham Uni graduate. I like to go the gym / run / socialise in the week and am often out and about in the weekends.
I enjoy travelling (with work and personally) and have a startup which I'm working on too on the side (we have an office space in WeWork, Old Street) - so I like entrepreneurial people!
LOOKING FOR
Ideally, I am after someone who is fun and sociable (we can hang out for beers), easy going, clean, and looking for a very cool place to boast about in Shoreditch.
If you like cooking, Netflix and beer I'm sure we'll get on.
