2 BIG DOUBLE ROOMS IN OUR SHOREDITCH /OLD STREET PUB CONVERSION FLAT :) ALL BILLS INCLUDED :) NO FEES :) ONLY FOR MOVING IN ASAP :)

Hi there we are Luc , Kris and Kemal :) 3 male professional busy and tidy (lol) guys and we are now looking for 2 new flatmates for the rooms that just came available in our ex pub -warehouse converted flat in the heart of Shoreditch .

The rooms are big double furnished and their prices are 720 and 680 per month with all bills and super fast unlimited wifi included

Deposit is 300 pounds and there are no fees :)

We will choose only between people who preferably work around the area and can move in Asap and intend to stay for at least 6 months :)

We are usually working crazy hours (architect, digital marketing director, Dj -producer) and would prefer to live with people who who are also very busy and who enjoy a really clean and tidy ,easy going and healthy lifestyle oriented flatshare.

BTW Kemal just brought a delightful black kitten at home and its the best thing :)

We generally arrive home late ,cook a lot and have friends over for dinner a few times per month:)

We are quite creative ,listen to A LOT of music but not that loud don't worry we usually need to sleep when home too :)

I think we r very easy going and tend to make good friends with our flatmates but we are not home so much lately anyway :)

We also hang out a lot with a few close friends who live in a pub flat right next door to ours and that's really cool :) :) :) !!!!

You might see us partying a bit (strictly for the love of Tech and House hahah ) but we do not do that at home so much ...we are mostly out during the weekend :) :) :)

The flat is in a quiet street literally 5 minutes walk form Shoreditch high street
, 7 minutes walk from Old street and 10 minutes walk from Liverpool street station

It is a 3 level x pub warehouse and we love it .
Its really old but very warm clean and functional lol
(it has been work in progress for a long time now man )

So there are 5 bedrooms in total and we got 2 full bathrooms ,a small living room ,a big sunny green kitchen :) there is also extra massive storage in the basement and plenty of space for bikes in the ground floor :)

The rooms are double and both have extra sofas and desks i would call them really great size for the area :)

The best thing is that you are totally allowed to renovate /paint/put wallpapers /nail the walls / change the floors or do whatever in your room since the whole thing is work in progress anyway:)

To move in you pay 300 pounds as deposit and the rent til the end of this month :)
No fees apply

We will host the viewing on Friday 12th of feb evening
and will try choose as soon as we can after we meet everyone :)
