En-suite in Shoreditch Three floors flat
For rent amazing 3 floors flat in the heart of Shoredicht; no brick lane, old st, etc BUT the heart on of Shoredicht. More specifically in an alley adjacent to Curtain Road called New Inn Yard.
My flatmate is leaving on the 20th of February; thus, I need someone to move in around that date. The rent for the whole flat is 500GBP per week which paid between you and me comes to 250GBP per week for each of us. You will do the contract directly with the landlord (not with me) neither we will be billed together. Because the Landlord want back the property at the end of August the maximum stay for this property will be 6 months. I personally believe is a bargain price for the location and space even if there is a 6 month constraint.
The Space
The room comes in a spacious and well lit three-bedroom flat within a secure building called the Theatre Courtyard (besides foxtons office). It has a comfy double bed, en-suite bathroom and a spacious wardrobe. The room is in the 1st floor. Apart from the 1st floor where you will be staying, the second floor provides a living room (TV, Couch, tables, etc) and kitchen for both to use. The whole property is already fully furnished (you have to pay nothing for this), has double-glazed windows (you wont hear noise from the street), and proper heating system.
-First floor : your room + your bathroom + washing machine/dryer
-Second floor : Open kitchen & dining room + living room
-Third floor : my room + my bathroom
The complex is called the theatre courtyard and has its own porter and secure entrance system with cameras. In addition, the landlord office is within the building so you can reach her easily during the day if you require assistance.
Costs Estimation
ONE-TIME move-in fees = 201GBP
Deposit = 1,075GBP
Rent = 2,150GBPpcm = 1,075pcm each which is 250pw each
Internet = 37GBP pcm = 18.5gbp each
Cleaner = 40 pcm = 20gbp each
Water = 26pcm = 13gbp each
Utilities estimation (electricity, gas) = 50pcm estimation = 25gbp each
Council Tax = 135GBP pcm =67.5GBP each
Availability
The room is available from the 20th of February onwards, ideally I would like to rent it by that date. The room and common areas will be professionally cleaned painted and furnished before you move in.
About Me
I am a 28 years old Spanish male professional, sociable, easy-going and considerate; looking for a flatmate to share my apartment. I like to play football, cinema, go out, and travel. My lifestyle is very sedentary during the week but I do enjoy going out on weekends.
What I am looking for
Ideally a male student or professional in his twenties (however I an open to anything) that would like to share the flat in a respectful, considerate and reasonably clean manner.
The Neighborhood
Shoreditch I think is the best area to live in London at the moment - its vibrant, trendy, artistic, full of activities and nightlife.
Apart from the nightlife, the flat location is within easy reach to London transportation links; about 10 minute walk to either Liverpool Street or Old Street tube station as well as 2 minute walk to Shoredicht high street station. Bars, clubs, Supermarkets, Pharmacies and Off-licenses are all within 50 meters ratio from the flat.
