Being zone 1 you can also walk to the West End within 35 min.
There a 3 supermarkets within 5 min - 2 small Tescos and 1 reasonably sized Waitrose plus a nice 24/7 mini market 5 min away on Old Street.
The area is quiet but also close to Shoreditch & Farringdon for eating/ drinking/ going out.
The bathroom would be shared by you and 2 flatmates. The 3rd flatmate has an ensuite.
Bills are included and there is a cleaner who cleans the communal areas every 2 weeks.
There is also a daytime concierge and elevator.
