We have a beautiful unfurnished double room in an amazing light airy flat facing Blackheath and right next to Greenwich Park – it’s so close you can smell the flower garden, which is particularly nice at this time of year!

The flat is very spacious with a very large front room/dining area and kitchen with plenty of storage space. It has a fairly large bathroom with a power shower over the bath.

The room itself is a good size with enough room for a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. It has 2 windows, one looking over the communal gardens and the other overlooking Greenwich Park.

The flat is situated 5-10 minute walk to Blackheath station and a 5 minute walk to Maze Hill station. Greenwich town centre (for the DLR to Canary wharf) is a short walk through the park.

The rent is £400 pcm and the bills come to around £100 pcm. The landlord would need 1 month in advance and the deposit, along with a reference too. The flat is managed by the landlord and he gets any problems with the flat sorted out promptly and is very reasonable.

My partner and I have been living here for 6 months with our current flatmate who is moving out at the end of October with her partner. We are both professionals who work Monday to Friday in London. We tend to take it pretty easy during the week, but also enjoy the odd big night out which is great living in such a fantastic location…! We are both very easy going and considerate and very much enjoy living in such an amazing flat.

We’re looking for someone who is also very easy going, who is clean and tidy and friendly. Smokers are welcome, but outside please.
