1 room to go in a flatshare in Holborn, close to all Central London universities (LSE, KCL, UCL, SOAS) and big supermarkets.

We are young professionals that are looking for some nice, considerate and clean people to live with (sorry NO COUPLES and NO UNDERGRADUATE students). If you want luxury read no further this flat is not for you. if you would like a place with all the basics and really nicely situated this is the right place to go for. The room to go is a double-room, furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobes, small library and sofa (+ two coffee tables I can leave for £10). The room has two really big windows to it so it's very bright.

Price includes everything but Internet (around 12£ for 3 months) and possibly a share of the Council tax for those who work (very negotiable with landlord). We all chip in 5£ per month for household expenses, and whoever moves in will need to be okay with being part of a cleaning rotor.

We are all independent and have our own lives although we enjoy having a chat whilst cooking or the occasional glass of wine. We're fine with the occasional friends over/visits but this is not a party place. We're hoping to find someone nice and reasonably quiet as we have so many people living here already.
