we have a spare FULLY FURNISHED room on the 4th flr of a portered block (with lift)in a large flat in southampton row (wc1b 4ba) currently occupied by an australian (bio-med)and a polish arts student. both are females and studying in UCL. .

the room is large compared with london room sizes (bigger than some living rooms) and all utilities (elect, water&gas) is included and you are welcome to share the broadband unless you need your very own high speed connection.

it is VERY secure and safe and everything in the flat is brand new as we have purchased the flat early this year.
location wise, you'll understand how central it is when you realise the British Museum is the adjacent block.
there is sainsburys, waitrose supermarkets close by and oxford st is (possibly) too close by for damaging results on the credit card.

we are happy to discuss shorter terms less than 6 mths but we are hoping for someone responsible to stay for longer preferably. sorry no smokers or couples as its not a good fit

btw, the room has a large built-in wardrobe, new bed, new desk, desk light, commercial quality office chair etc.
