Lovely double bedroom near King's Cross Station

Hi! I have a furnished double bedroom in a three-room flat in Bloomsbury for a female subtenant from now until 14 October 2014. Therefore only short-term lets are possible as the room will unfortunately not be available beyond 14 October 2014.

The flat was just renovated 2 years ago and it has three double bedrooms, one bathroom with bathtub, one toilet, a kitchen with microwave, freezer etc., heaters and two balconies. The room is fully equipped with a double bed, a desk and a chair, a wardrobe, a small cupboard, a shelf, a mirror, heating and internet access. It is also conveniently connected to a balcony, which is also joint to the kitchen.

The location is fantastic- 5 min walk to King's Cross St. Pancras Station, 3 min walk to Waitrose, 7 min walk to Russell Square Station and Tesco, 13 min walk to UCL, plus Camden Library, Starbucks, Costa, British Library etc. Numerous cafes and convenience stores are just across the street, perfect for those days when you just want to grab a takeaway. Given its prime location and homely condition, the room is actually quite cheap (feel free to look at the cost of other flats in this area!).

The room is only for female subtenants, and pork and alcohol should be properly handled in the flat. There will be two other kind female flatmates who will not hesitate to help you around. Also, male guests are not allowed to stay the night or for a long time in the flat, and other flatmates should be told of visits by male guests in advance. These rules are to ensure the comfort of the female tenants in the flat.
