A small single room on the 5th floor in a housing complex near King's Cross/Russel Square tube stations is available from Jan 13. 580 GBP a month including utilities and internet, with 400 GBP deposit. The room has a single bed, a closet, and a desk/chair. The room is bright with a large window but smallish – so it cannot take any other extra furniture/bed.

The flat includes a smallish kitchen (may not be suitable for those who like to cook a lot), bathroom, toilet. No living room or parking. No living room - but we are friendly and talk each other enough in the hall way and Kitchen etc. It is in a mixed/international housing complex near University of London. About a 9 min walk to King's Cross or Russel Sq tubes. Needless to say enough shops, cafes, restaurants around there in a walking distance. Waitrose supermarket and Tesco local are within a 6 min walk. Our flatmates are professionals from France/Venezuela/USA-Japan.
