Angel short let-long term poss Cat lover wanted!

I'm looking for a short term flatmate until end of year potentially becoming long term tenant if all works out

THE FLAT: fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, cosy living room, small balcony with washing machine and dishwasher. New fridge and cooker. New Bathroom.

THE ROOM: Double bed, wardrobe, 2 draw chest of drawers, beside table and Lamp

LOCAL TRANSPORT: 10 min walk to Angel (northern line) or kings cross ( Northern Piccadilly circle metro and hammersmith and city) or farringdon 15 mins to chancery lane (central) lots of local buses to take you into central London 19, 38, 341, 73, 476....etc

LOCAL AREA: Only 2 min walk to exmouth market full of great cafés, restaurants, artisan shops and convenience stores. In Angel there is also a Waitrose and M&S and Sainsburys. Cinemas nearby, small park at end of street.

LOOKING FOR: A clean, easy going, down-to-earth person who is trustworthy and a cat lover.

ABOUT ME: I am from New Zealand and have been living in London for nearly 20 years. I am moving to US so am looking for someone to take my room til end of Dec. Initially you will be a lodger paying an inclusive rate. Once my visa is finalised I will not return and will want to let the flat to the lodgers if we can come to an agreement at which point you will take over the bills and sign a tenancy contract. I may be back and forth until visa sorted and if so will stay in the spare room( it's smaller) You will mainly be sharing with a lovely Spanish girl who has lived with me for nearly a year, she is super nice and friendly and looks after the cats when I am away. Someone who would be willing to help out with cats when she is away is essential. I expect the cats to join me in US before end of year so that is a temporary situation.

THE CATS: I have two lovely Burmese cats one quiet older girl called Elsie and one little tornado of a kitten (he's just turned 1) called Corn. Both super friendly and will probably try to get in bed with you.

OTHER FLAT INFO: The flat is in the 1st floor and there are places to lock your bike in the interior courtyard which is nicely planted and maintained.

RENT: £850 per month including some bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water, TV licence, and broadband) this will change in Dec when you will need to take these on yourself with other flatmate

TIMING: Move in date would be 21 August at the earliest (or after) and move out is end Dec unless we negotiate a long term let at that point
