The room gives onto the back of the house, hence very quiet. It is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and shelves.

The flat consist of 3 bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, pots & pans, kettle, cutlery, plates, mugs) central heating, bathroom, toilet. It is clean and has wooden floors throughout.
You will be sharing the bathroom, toilet and kitchen with two other people. Please note there is no living room in the flat.

The rent is £200 per week, all bills included (Gas, Electric, Water, Internet and Council Tax) + a cleaner! No other hidden charges - just the rent and the deposit

I am looking to sublet my room over the summer (26th of July until 10th of September, approx. 1. 5 months) but there is the possibility for you to extend or start a new tenancy after september as the landlord is very friendly and easygoing. I have enjoyed living here and can really recommend it!
