I have a large single room available(3m*5m) in the fantastic central location: Red Lion Square. The flat is in the highly demanded Kinsgway Mansions, which is literally just 2min walk away from Holborn Station, 5min walk to Chancery Lane station, and 15min to LSE, Covent Garden and china town. There are central line, Piccadilly line and more than 10 buses available.

The room has a decent size of around 3m*5m. It is facing a quiet courtyard. The window is double glazed. It had a single bed with new mattress, a table and leather chair, a large double-door wardrobe and two drawers. The room is carpeted.

Hot water and gas bills are included. The flat has no reception room but there is enough room in the kitchen to eat and hang out. It is fully furnished, with new fridge, washing machine, oven and microwave.

I am a young female professional in London. I have been staying in the flat for two year - I won't trade it for any other locations! I am looking fo a female flatmate, student or young professional, someone clean and tidy. The preferred rental period is longer than 6 months.

The flat is available from 1st Aug 2014. It is ideal for single professional or student who would like to stay close to work/study and also enjoy the best of London!
