I am so sad to leave this bright bedroom in a great flat but I have been made redundant at my job and therefore am moving back home for now. I fell for the flat the first time I visited and I hope you will too.

Flat:
In addition to this lovely bedroom, you will be sharing the rest of the flat including a kitchen with large window, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, laundry.. A bathroom with a tub and a separate shower room (so convenient! ).
The flat is at the top floor of a 2 stories building. It has plenty of light and is very quiet whilst being in the center of London.
There is no upstairs neighbor and the bedroom is onto a quiet private garden.

Bedroom:
The bedroom comes with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. We can chat if you want me to leave some of the the other items I bought.

Roommates:
You will be sharing the flat with 2 respectful and fun people (and a cute small cat). They are one guy and one girl, both in their 20s. They are both independent but keen on socializing and making this not only a crash pad but more a social place.

The flat is usually pretty quiet and we try to keep the party outside.

Location:
7 min walk to Angel tube station and 13 min walk to King Cross St Pancras. There are also lots of bus lines around and 3 Barclays bikes park stations within 2 min walk.

You:
Tidy, outgoing, independent, happy to socialize around a glass of wine at the end of the day.

Rent is £712 per month. Taxes are not included. So add about £30 for that and then council tax on top. It is a really good deal to be in such a central spot.

Deposit is £960. Move-in date 24th / 25th oct.
