Looking to rent my room in Holborn, London from the 19th of June having decided to move further out of the centre.
The room is very spacious and fully furnished with an emperor sized bed. The house is split over 3 levels, consisting of 2 bathrooms, 3 other bedrooms and a kitchen. The room is available immediately. I currently live with 3 other female students from London School of Economics.
The room is £200 a week.
WiFi £7 a month. I would be looking to put the new tenants name on the contract, which is due to finish in July 2016. This would require £120 referencing fee and the tenancy deposit of £1200. I am more than happy to run through the original inventory, so that the new tenant can asses the rooms.
