2 week let - 1 or 2 bedrooms in a great house

**2 week let from 23 Feb - 9 March**

Hi

This ad is for a short term let. I'll be leaving London for a couple of weeks and looking to let my flat out.

The let can either be for the entire house or 1 of the bedrooms. The house offers plenty of room to spread out: the open-plan living room / kitchen has a large dining table, a spacious breakfast bar and comfortable seating area.

For the 2 week the rent i
- 1 bedroom: £1,250
- 2 bedrooms: £2,500

Bills are included. This covers council tax, gas, electricity, broadband internet, TV licence and shared household supplies.

About the room
The bedroom is located on the middle floor of my house. The room contains a double bed and ample shelving. There is a large south-facing window that gets great light in the afternoon/morning.

There is also another bedroom available (super king bed) on the top floor of the house.

About the house
The apartment extends over three floors:

Ground floor: Entranceway with stairs.

First floor: Open-plan living room / kitchen, with wooden floors. The living area (see pics) has everything you could need—couch, dining room table, breakfast bar, bookcases, TV. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob/range, toaster, dishwasher, full-height fridge/freezer, pots & pans, and all utensils. Also on the first floor is one bedroom.

Second floor: Bathroom (recently renovated) with individual cabinets; utility cupboard containing large-capacity washing machine and separate large-capacity tumble dryer.

About the area
The house is tucked away in a quiet street located between Angel and Kings Cross stations (each an 8-minute walk), making it convenient to get anywhere in and around London. The closest supermarkets (M&S, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose) are also about an 8-minute walk).
