Short let - Ensuite near Kings cross

Hi!

I'm moving out in Mid August and would like to offer my spacious ensuite room to someone for a short period. Available time is from 8. 15 to 9. 02. It might be available earlier.
This is an award-winning well-designed student accommodation called Depot Point. You can view their website for more info.
It's a very new building. My room is an ensuite, with a toilet and shower. Double bed. It's sunny with two windows. very convenient location. 3-5 mins walk to kings cross / st pancras station. There's even a reception desk that can receive parcels for you.
There're 5 ensuite rooms in this flat. Since it's summer holiday, not all rooms are occupied. The flatmates are all students of UCL and KCL and mainly Chinese. Most of the time they are out of the flat so you rarely meet them. (sorry it's not a very sociable environment but it's quiet and private and they are friendly if you happen to meet them in kitchen sometimes). there's TV in the kitchen/living room. plenty of storage place. No washing machine in the flat but there's a nice laundry room in the building even with some entertainment equipment. And yeah there's even a spacious video room with lots of sofas and a huge screen and you can access it anytime of a day.

The original price is 250 per week. And now I'm offering it for 180pw. All bills and high speed wi-fi are included.
