Bright cozy room in three bedroom flatshare

Your new bedroom!

We are looking for a third person to join our fun household in central London on Margery Street, WC1X0EH. We have a lovely bright double room available in a three-bed flat share.

We are two students, Ben (21) will begin his masters in international conflict studies at Kings College and Anna (22) will study fashion and lifestyle journalism at the London College of Fashion (UAL).

We both love theatre, music, art, drinking wine, going out for drinks, and watching shitty television when the time allows. Whilst we will of course be studying a lot, we are really looking to create a homely environment and for someone who would use the house for more than just a place to sleep.

We are looking for a student between 18 and 25 years old (roughly) to join us!

About the house:

The room has a double bed and the current tenant has placed 4 cupboards inside, however one or multiple are easily exchangeable for a 1 person desk.

The large shared living room has two couches, a dining table with five chairs, and a fireplace (although we're not sure if it actually works haha).

The kitchen is modern and has all the amenities, large fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, etc etc.

The current tenants are in the midst of moving out and thus there are boxes everywhere, so the apartment looks a little bit cluttered, however it will be professionally cleaned before move in and should then be ready to host us!

Outside the house there is a large courtyard with pingpong tables, picknick tables, and some trees. Will be a nice place to sit on the occasional day with good weather ;)!

Preferably no smoking inside the house, however there is a small balcony attached to the kitchen where this would be possible if desired.
