I have a room available at the end of the month in Bow. It's about a minute away from Bow Road (Hammersmith and City and District lines) and about six minutes from Mile End (central line). There are also several 24 hour buses which stop close by. There is a Tesco express about five minutes away and a hairdressers, doctors, pharmacist, dentist and opticians all within a five minute radius.

The room is a double room furnished with a large set of draws, double bed and built in wardrobe. I would be happy to also get a desk/additional storage if it was needed. The flat is an ex-council maisonette so has an upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and a bathroom which has a shower cubicle (no bath). Downstairs there is a kitchen (with a small table) and living room. There is also a small outside space to hang washing (although the garden needs a bit of attention which will happen soon!).

The flat was decorated about a year ago and it's all fully furnished.

I am a 27 year old female and work as a teacher (trainee but almost there!) in Bow School which is about ten minutes down the road. I have lived in Bow on and off for a few years and I really like it. Victoria Park is lovely and a really nice place to go if you like running and there are some nice pubs and markets close by. It's also really easy to get to other parts of London very easy. I used to work in central and the commute was nice and easy.

It is my own place and I work hard to keep it homely. If anything breaks etc I can sort things out quickly. I am looking for someone to share a home with rather than just someone who rents a room! I enjoy going out and about to the markets and for a drink as well as a quiet night in with wine and a good film. I like to keep the place clean and tidy and am looking for someone who is similar in this.

I am asking for £650 which includes all bills (Sky, internet, council tax etc).
