We have 2 great rooms available in our lovely home on Brick Lane. The location is amazing and is walking distance to all the major stations; Liverpool Street, Shoreditch Overground, Old Street and Aldgate East station.

Us:
You will be joining 3 sociable professionals, 2 guys and 1 girls. Our professions range from marketing to health care. We often socialise together but we also have our own friends and respect each others privacy etc.

You:
We would like someone who is relaxed and easy going, who will add to this house and treat it as their home.

The rooms:

Both are double rooms that are fully furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, drawers and a bed side table. Fully furnished living room, kitchen 2 bathrooms.

The rent is £630, bills average at around £70 including water, gas + electric, Sky TV, unlimited broadband, council tax, cleaner. The lease is a minimum of 6 months. Both rooms have to be filled from the 6th of June but if you would like it earlier, that can be arranged.
