We need a new housemate (a girl) from the 21st February. The place available is in a bedroom to share with a girl that already lives in the house. The bedroom consists in two single beds, two chests of drawers, a wardrobe, a desks double glazed window to the garden, heating radiator and carpet in very good condition.

Living in South London zone 2, In Upper Tulse Hill, at just two minutes walking to the north side of Brockwell park, and the nearest bus stop is located at 100 meters from home in the street called Tulse Hill, with three bus routes that reach Brixton underground station (zone 2) within 10 minutes, and a night bus from central London.

The rent is £63 pounds per week per person. This rent includes all the bills, so not more hidden expenses. The Deposit required is for the value of two weeks of rent, £126 pounds.

The minimum term to stay in the house is one month. The day you decide to leave, you need to let me know at least with two weeks in advance.

It’s a beautiful semi-detached house that consists in a kitchen (three fridges, oven, washing machine, microwave), a shower room with toilet downstairs, a bathroom with toilet upstairs, a big living room (big tv, dvd player, three big sofas, lunch table and a communal computer with internet), five bedrooms, and a big garden. There is Internet connection 10Mb/sg, with a wi-fi router so the housemates can have access to Internet anywhere in the house, and a telephone line to receive and make calls (using a International Phone Card).

The housemates are a group of other six, easy going people from Canada, Colombia, England and Spain, aged 23-30 who like to socialize in the living room with the housemates having a nine out of ten positive experience.

The suitable new housemate will be a friendly girl aged 18-30, not racist in any kind, who likes the idea of sharing in a home.
