This listing is for a midweek stay to suit someone who returns home on weekend nights (Fri & Sat).

We offer luxury and comfort in a fully serviced spacious apartment with ALL BILLS and CLEANER INCLUDED. We have one room available on a weekly rent of £200 for 5 nights or £175 for 4 nights.

Sharing with one other midweeker (a professional women working in the city) this 3 bedroom place is in a great location in a leafy quiet residential area on Brixton Hill - a friendly and safe community feel. Easy transport and with great restaurants and nightlife minutes away in Brixton.

Includes room, bills, wifi, fresh linens and towels, maid service, tea and coffee. Full use of living area and kitchen. Suitable for professionals working in London who return home at weekends who are in need of a serviced apartment for work.

Nightly Rate £54/pp min of two nights a week
Weekly Rate £175 (4 nights) or £200 (5 nights) week

A traditional London terrace - conversion property that is light and airy and super modern and looks onto big expanses of green to the front and back making it feel beautiful secluded and quiet. Near brockwell park for joggers and there is a picnic park right outside. Free parking available 2 mins walk away.

A vast open plan kitchen reception room has all the mod cons including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, American fridge freezer with ice dispenser. All you need to cook is provided too, caseroles, pots, pans, you name it. Our living room has a huge corner sofa that seats 7 with lots of cushions for nights in. Our bathrooms are luxury hotel styled and you can even have an ensuite room.

We have a cleaner comes weekly so no bed changing or bathroom cleaning either and of course there is wireless broadband, sky and Netflixs. Situated in a quiet popular road on Brixton Hill opposite Sainsbury's we are ideally located for tube, a million different buses, and lots 3 mainline stations all walkable. We are a stone's throw from the bustle of Brixton too.

We are looking for professionals who live out on Friday and Saturday - the weekend nights. Our rooms are available on a Monday to Friday basis (4 nights a week, 5 if Sunday is needed so arriving Sunday and leaving Friday).

The price is

£175 for 4 nights from Monfay
£200 for 5 nights from Sunday

And is all inclusive for ease and this includes the cleaner and loo rolls, bin liners, foil, cling film, washing up liquid, detergents and tea and coffee etc.
