One of our housemates is moving out to live with her boyfriend which has meant a room has become available in our lovely home.

We are looking for someone in their late twenties who wants to call a house a home to join our current household (3 girls and 1 guy) in Brixton (less than 5 mins from the tube, amazing!).

We're a sociable bunch and enjoy spending time together in the house, but also have busy social lives individually. We would be looking for someone who is tidy, cleans up after themselves and is considerate of others but more importantly someone who is fun, sociable and outgoing, we are not looking for a housemate who locks themselves away in their room.

We have a large, spacious house that contains a separate living room and kitchen with double doors that open out to our patio/garden great in the summer evenings for BBQs. The house is split across 3-4 floors with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Its a medium room with a double bed, plenty of storage and you would be sharing the top floor bathroom with 1 other.

We pay a set amount per month of  £107 which covers all bills: TV license, internet, water, electricity, heating, council tax and we are fortunate enough to have a cleaner who comes once a week which is part of your bills money that you pay bargain! Deposit is 6 weeks rent.
