2 Double Rooms In A Top Floor Apartment In Brixton

Hello,
 
As my flatmates sadly need to move out due to new jobs elsewhere, since December 28th I will have 2 rooms available in a clean and cosy 3 bedroom apartment in Brixton. We have been living in the flat for 21 months, prior to which it had been newly refurbished by our landlord.
 
The flat is just a 10 minute walk from Brixton tube station (Victoria line), 5 minute walk from Loughborough Junction, Brixton Market, shops and a number of bus routes that go through the centre of London.

There is secure access to the building with intercom and 24 hour concierge. Our apartment is located on the top floor and benefits from plenty of daylight and an amazing view. It’s split over two floors, with an open plan fully equipped kitchen/lounge downstairs and the two available bedrooms upstairs. On the upper floor there is a separate toilet and a bathroom to share just between two tenants. Both rooms are furnished with double beds, wardrobes, bedside tables, wall mirrors. There is also a wall cupboard in each room. Additionally, one of the rooms has an access to a shared balcony.
 
I’m looking for clean, friendly and quiet flatmates, preferably girls. You would be sharing with me, a creative professional working in media. I will be living downstairs in the third room next to the lounge. I am a friendly, respectful and proactive person. I will be the lead tenant in taking care of the flat and co-ordinating bills which will be split equally for council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet amounting to roughly UKP 75/90 paid monthly along with the rent.

BILLS
Bills (around UKP 75/90 PMC) are inclusive all utilities (water, gas, electricity), as well as council tax and fast Internet (we have a high speed internet connection already set up).

CONTRACT
We can sign 6 or 12 month shorthold tenancy agreement.

DEPOSIT
It’s UKP 500 per tenant.

CREDIT CHECK
Credit check needs to be done at the beginning when signing the contract. Each tenant will need to pay UKP 100 for referencing.
