Our current flatmate is leaving London so we're looking for someone new to share our relaxed and friendly flatshare. Clean, tidy and considerate, sociable but respectful of people's privacy, honest, responsible. Would suit someone who likes their music. And if you can cook/ are green fingered you can take advantage of the garden herbs and greenhouse.

The room is a furnished single with a 'scots double' bed. 10' by 7'. It's a lovely room with a view of the garden and the photos don't do it justice.

The flat itself is bright and airy with plenty of space, and a decent sized garden at the back. Well equipped kitchen with dish washer. Separate living room.

Bathroom with shower and extra wc on bottom floor.

Utility room with washing machine, plus plenty of storage.

Tenancy would be for 6 months with the option to extend.

Bills paid in advance (council tax/ water/ broadband/ telephone) come to about £60pcm plus gas/electricity quarterly and we also pay for a cleaner once a fortnight (£18pcm).

Sorry but no dss, couples or pets. 'Mature' students ok, but we would expect a contribution to CTax.
