If you're looking for a peaceful home right in the heart of bustling Brixton, this is the flat for you. I have a good sized double room available in my flat in the lovely Brixton Hill Court to share with me (landlady). The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, and bedside table, it also has a blackout blind, great for having a lie in! The rent is £700 a month inclusive of all bills (gas, electricity, council tax, water and broadband).

The flat is split over two levels (ground and first)and looks out on to a large communal garden, which you are welcome to use. There is double glazing throughout and central heating, the kitchen has a gas cooker, large fridge and freezer and all the other usual bits and pieces, and the bathroom has a shower and bath. The flat is towards the back of the building so it's really quiet. There's also a gated car park (car spaces are available to rent).

It's a friendly building with good security, and an on-site caretaker. There are great transport links, 5 minutes from Brixton tube and train stations and buses all over London within a few minutes walk.

I'm 33, I work full-time for a charity, I like the odd glass of wine when time permits, having friends round for dinner and watching a good movie. I've lived here for three years and I love it.

If you're looking for somewhere Monday - Friday, I'd also consider that.
