We are a multi-generational household who have for a long time shared our home with others. The available room is .The available double room is intended for single occupancy, located on the first floor at the back of the building.

There are two bathrooms (one with shower, washing machine and dryer; the other with bath and shower) and a large and well-equipped kitchen/dining/living room for shared use.

Communal rooms are cleaned professionally once a week. There is also a large deck and garden and the opportunity to grow some vegetables if wanted.

The house is a 8-minute walk to either Crofton Park or Ladywell mainline stations and 15-minute walk to Brockley Overground. London Bridge is 15 mins, Blackfriars and Charing Cross 20 mins, and Victoria and St Pancras 30 mins. Many bus routes also run nearby.
