Double Room, Great Location, Perfect Housemates

Due to a change in my job situation I am sadly having to leave my wonderful home and flatmates. This is where you come in, my room will be available from 11th august.

The room itself is a great size and comes furnish with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bed-side drawers. The house has two bathrooms, one with a nice big shower and the other with a bath and a big kitchen with a living space attached looking out in to the garden. Most bills are included and the others work on a rota of £30ish every 7 weeks. There is also a washing machine, and dishwasher.

The location is perfect, only a short walk from the overground station and the many wonders that london has to offer. There are regular buses and night buses as well all just round the corner. Along with numerous shops and bars to cater to your needs.

You would be sharing with a great mix of people, australians, irish, mexican, spanish...they are always up for doing fun things and socialising, going to one of the many local bars, heading 10 minutes up the road to hilly fields park. However, we are all aware that sometimes you need your own space.
