We are a young professional couple who are looking for a lodger. Ideally we would like a professional who works five days a week.

The Flat:

The flat is located 30secs from Roding Valley tube station, it is a short drivr from Queens Road in Buckhurst Hill, Waitrose (Buckhurst Hill) and Sainsburys (Woodford). It is also in walking distance from the local pub. There is on street parking.

The Room:

The room is a double room furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside unit.

The Price:

The price of the room is £500PCM which includes bills. We are not asking for a deposit, though will require references from a previous Landlord or Employer.
