We try to be modest, but we've struck gold finding a flat like this.

We have a spacious double room available from 1st Sept situated on Camden Road. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated, and we also have a private garden which is great for summer / BBQs.

Nearest tube is either Caledonian Road (1 stop from Kings X on Piccadilly line) or Camden Town - both within walking distance.

You'd be staying with:
- Two males (26 & 27).
- Both run their own business (Tech Consultancy & Cycling).
- Both graduated 3-4 years ago.
- One Scottish, one Polish.
- Both sociable and enjoy the standard mid-20s stuff.

We're looking for someone in a similar age-range (male or female) who ticks all the usual boxes (clean / social / not weird).
