The flat is ideal for vegans, vegetarians & macrobiotics. There is strictly no cooking, storing and eating meat, meat products and fresh eggs in any part of the flat. Dairy products are OK to eat, cook and store.

Five minutes by bus to zone 1 at Elephant & Castle or 5-10 minutes walk to Oval tube station. One minute walk to huge Burgess Park and 5 minutes walk to East Street Market.

One minute walk to many buses - 12, 35, 40, 42, 45, 68, 148, 171, 176, 468 or 5 minutes to 36, 436, 185, 345 going to all different parts of London - day and night buses and some are 24 hours.

Tubes: Oval / Elephant & Castle /Kennington.

British rail: Elephant & Castle, London Bridge, Waterloo, Vauxhall, Denmark Hill, Loughborough Junction.

WM, GCH, double glazing, wireless broadband. Close to many shops, banks, post-offices etc. Minimum let period is 6 months - ideally.
