Large Fabulous Double Room in Camberwell

The bedroom

Hiya! We have a large double room available in a 3-bedroom groundfloor flat in a Victorian mansion house with a communal courtyard. We have all of the mod cons: dishwasher, washing machine, broadband, etc.

We are looking for someone who is interested in staying a while so, no short-term lets please. You need to be a non-smoker who doesn't hide out in their room all the time but, obviously, everyone needs a little "me-time" now and then.

We're into the normal things like going to nice bars and restaurants, theatre, art, a nice glass of wine with a dvd. Our clubbing days are well and truly behind us but, we do like to reminisce from time to time. We're tidy but, we're not clean freaks.

There are two of us in the flat currently. One runs a bar/restaurant in the City and the other is a fashion designer. We also have a very friendly cat named Jack.

There are good travel links to both the City and the West End. The closest tube is Oval (about a 10 minute walk), and there are also loads of buses very close by.

We will need a month's deposit and the first month's rent up front. All bills are included in the £800 rent. All we are looking for is a non-smoking, cat-loving, wine-drinking, help-with-the-cleaning person who can move in straight away.
