A delightful large-sized double room (13. 80sq. meter) is up for rent. The sunny 'n' bright flat is immaculate throughout. The historical building stands behind Camberwell Green, next to all the shops, superstores (Morrisons, Co-op, Tesco local & Turkish food centre etc.), bars/pubs, restaurants; Camberwell Leisure centre with swimming pool and library is just around the corner.

Excellent location with direct bus routes at your door step - 22min to Victoria, 30min to St. Paul's, Liverpool St., Marble Arch 'n' Oxford Circus etc. etc. There're parks nearby for running & summer BBQs, King's College Hospital and 'Denmark Hill' train station is also in easy reach.

The room is carpeted, comes with a double bed, bedside drawers, a touch sensor lamp, wardrobe, clothes rail and chest of drawers & mirror, a big PC desk & chair is also supplied.

You'd be sharing the flat with me - a bit about myself: I'm a Script Writer/Editor for a TV station; have travelled all over the world apart from Africa. Into comedy, football (Chelsea fan), pub pool and snooker, funky house...There's no living room but my room is big enough to watch football matches and have a sit-down meal together now & then (whenever we fancy really)...so it's important that we do get along.

I'm looking for good-natured city professional to take the room(strictly 9-5 type). Someone who's tidy and has no problem cleaning up after oneself, sharing the dusting chores once a month and taking the general rubbish out approx. 3times a week. The room is not for couple or friends so single occupant only. Please do not contact if you are a light sleeper as I work till 2-3am and don't want to be tiptoeing for refreshments; also note that there's No indoor space for bike. You can apply for resident's parking permit if needed.

Rent is £685pcm inclusive of council tax, water, virgin broadband 72mb, TV Licence and electricity. There's no gas supply at the flat. Ideally long term let - min. 6 months.
