Cosy and bright room Denmark Hill

The room

We are looking for a new flatmate for our third bed room. The flat is modernised and has a fully fitted, decent size kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc.) and a big living room with a generous dining area. The bathroom has a tub and is separate from the toilet. We have a garden with a bbq, a sitting area, and weather-proof, secure bicycle storage.

The room available is medium size with basic furniture and wardrobe - the rent as only £540 plus c.£80 bills (which include council tax, gas, electricity, and wireless internet).

The flat is 7 minutes walk from Denmark Hill station and East Dulwich station, and there are lots of local great cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars. It is also located next to a small nature reserve which leads to a big Sainsbury and it is also close to Dulwich Park which is ideal for running, playing tennis and relaxing.

There are two of us (both male) living at the address. One is a 31 yo American film-buff, who's slightly geeky and really into photography, the other is 29, German, works in arts admin and enjoys classical music, books and good company. We're gay friendly.
