There are two double bedrooms to rent out on a short term basis in this bright and spacious flat in Camberwell.

The flat is pretty and has an extra bonus of a sunny garden and a cellar for storage. There is a dinning/living area next to the kitchen and the bathroom has a separate toilet. The whole flat is fully furnished.

The flat is very well located near many bus routes, including several night buses from central London. Elephant & Castle can be reached by either bus or walking, giving an access to Northern and Bakerloo lines.

The rent is £600 per each room. The bills come up to £300 per month all inclusive - gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and broadband. So that would be £750 per month in total per room.

The flat is available from 18th March 2016 for a minimum of 1 month and no maximum. We can do a rolling contract on a monthly basis.
