Couple in our early 30s are looking for a fellow professional to rent a very large, brand newly decorated double room in our lovely 2 bedroom ground floor garden flat in a Victorian mansion block.
The flat boasts high ceilings, large windows, and has been recently remodelled to a modern finish featuring a new fully-fitted kitchen and new 3 piece bathroom suite. Oak floors throughout and carpeted bedrooms.
We are offering a very large, bright furnished bedroom with ample storage space. You will have a double divan bed providing under bed storage, a big, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers, and two bedside tables with lamps.
There is also secure unallocated off-street parking available should you have a car.

We are located between 3 high streets with numerous pubs/bars, shops and restaurants. There are several supermarkets within walking distance, including Morrison’s, Tesco, Iceland and the open-air East Street Market. Also within walking distance is King’s College Hospital.
