We're looking for a new housemate!

The room/house:
Double bedroom available in a stunning Georgian build. Bedroom window overlooks our gorgeous garden.

As our apartment takes up the ground floor of a large Georgian house, we have tall ceilings and a massive living room (which we use as a home cinema).

We have a large bathroom with a bath and a separate shower that also overlooks the garden. Our toilet is separate to the bathroom.

The kitchen has an oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Our street is very pretty, there is a massive Sainsbury's a 6min walk away from the house, and there are some fantastic local pubs around.

Denmark Hill overground station is a 6min walk away from the house and has direct connections straight to Victoria, London Bridge, Clapham Junction, Blackfriars, and Shoreditch High Street. The local buses also take you directly into Covent Garden, Tottenham Court Road, and Brixton.

Bills are aprox £85 pm.
