Extra Large Double room in friendly neighbourhood

Hey Guys!

We have a very large room in our flat and it is available from Dec 10th.

The room:
The size of the room is 16. 523m (basically HUGE) and can comfortably fit 2 double beds plus extras. The room comes furnished (futon bed, couch and wardrobe), but you are free to remove these if you want.

The rent:
You'll be paying £616 a month, plus bills which usually come to about £85 a month. Our lease renews every year in February. It is let privately, so there is no guarantee that the prices will not change at that point, but the owners are very reasonable and should give us plenty of notice should there be any changes.

The flat:
Our flat is on a quiet street in Camberwell (close to Elephant and Castle) with friendly neighbours that look out for one another (a rare find in London) and the street itself is stunning - lined with trees and rows of Georgian houses, including our own.

Sadly we do not have a garden, but we are very friendly with the downstairs neighbours who often invite us to the odd summer BBQ or poker night. Plus, who needs a garden when we have a huge park 5 mins from our doorstep. Also, we do not have a lounge, but this has never bothered us because we often catch-up over drink (or two) in the kitchen when all parties are in.

Flatmates:
Laura works for a publishing company. She likes cats (but she doesn't own any, yet), comedy and long walks. Ade is a Digital Marketer that likes to keep fit by cycling, playing football and going to the gym.

What we would like:
A working professional who appreciates cleanliness and friendliness.
