We have a lovely double bedroom in a shared flat in Denmark Hill available for 1 person.

The price of the rent is £480 pcm, the rent includes:

- cleaner twice a month for the common areas
- unlimited internet broadband access
- bedlinen
- cleaning products
- council tax

Please note: Gas and electricity are not included.

The place is a modern flat with one large bathroom and a kitchen fully equipped.

The house is located next to Ruskin Park and a few bus stops away from Brixton tube station where you can find supermarkets and shops of any sort. There are also restaurants and nice pubs in the surrounding area.

Denmark Hill rail station is just 10 minutes away which have connections to London Bridge and London Victoria about 10 minutes away.

We charge only £300 security deposit.
If you wish to leave the house we are reques only one month notice.
