Lovely two bedroom first floor Victorian conversion (plus garden and cat) seeks a lovely person to come and live in it with current occupant and cat.
Close to tubes at Oval and Kennington, and excellent bus routes to London Bridge, Victoria and the West End.
The flat is spacious with plenty of storage, well lit, and homely. I am looking for someone who wants to move into a home not a house, and ideally someone who wants to stay long-term.
I work long hours in the week, and often at the weekend too, so while I love a drink at the weekend, this cannot be a party house. I enjoy riding my bike, having adventures and eating too much.
You are a professional, who is easy-going and the sort of person who a) shares the odd pint of milk, b) doesn't get wildly upset about a plate in the sink or a pile of letters on the table and c) always puts on a cosy jumper before deciding to turn the heating on. You enjoy falling into your pjs when you get in from work, appreciate crummy tele in the evenings and sympathise with the need to nurse a crushing hangover on a Saturday from time to time!
