Beautiful double room to rent in a flatshare
I'm renting my double bedroom in a flat with three friendly students from the 1st of March 2015.
I'm preferably looking for a full time student who doesn't have to pay council tax.
However, we don't mind having a professional (aged 20-30) in the house. He/She will however need to pay council tax for the entire flat, with a 25% discount for living with students., which will amount to 75-85£ per month.
The monthly rent is 568£ excluding bills, which amount up to 40£ per month.
The flat is situated in an area with lots of shops (an offlicence open 24h right across the street, Iceland, The Co-Operative) and an open-air market (East Street market with cheap fruit&vegetables)
The area has excellent transport links. The flat is situated 10 mins walk away from the Oval station (Northern Line). There are lots of buses around (buses direct to Victoria - 25 mins, Waterloo - 20 mins, Elephant&Castle - 10 mins, Oxford Circurs - 35 min, Shoreditch, etc).
DEPOSIT IS 600£ refundable at the end of the contract, which is the 9th of September.
There is an admin fee of 100£ required for the preparation of the paperwork, as required by our landlord.
