Double Room in Friendly House Share Zone 2

Lovely double room for rent in a friendly house share in the Camberwell area.

The room itself is quite large with: double bed, large wardrobe, desk and chest of draws. It's a reasonable sized room - plenty of space for one person! The house has a loo, separate shower-room and small kitchen. All bills included, fast internet, and close to the high street. Easy place to commute from (I commute to Surrey every day easily), with a 30 mins bus to the centre of the city, or the East End. It's about 20 mins from Brixton, and Oval, Elephant, and Denmark Hill stations are all close enough.

The current house-mates are a mixture of full-time shift workers and a student, so there's not always someone around but most of us are here in the evenings. Looking for someone who can be a bit loud and get involved, but can also respect others space and privacy. Don't mind a student or professional.

As a current house-mate, I am relocating out of London for a year and need someone to replace me. Therefore the tenancy would be for a fixed term of a year, with the possibility of extension as I plan to return once the year is up. I've been here a year and a half and am really sorry to be leaving. The house is great, the area is lively, and it's so easy to get to lots of places.
