Great double room in a lovely house with garden!

Hi Everyone,

We are looking for a single person to move into our house. We have a furnished room on offer. The house has a great garden in which we are growing veg and there is space to relax and have a BBQ.

We are one couple and another girl at the moment, we are all creative (two artists) and do bits of DIY, love cooking.

Please bear in mind the state of the house is important to us. We are not cleaning Nazis but we like to live in a clean space where everyone does their share (we also love having friends over!).

The house is located on a quiet street with a community feel, there are families and its a really quiet as its a cul-de-sac, there is an annual street party!

We look after the house and enjoy watching films (we have a good projector).

Location: 2 mins walk to Camberwell high street, the green. Many buses going to Vauxhall, Waterloo and everywhere in the city really.
10 mins walk to Denmark Hill overground station.

Bills are not included and are roughly as follows:
£30 council tax
£14 Gas
£15 Elec
£8 Water
£4 Sky Broadband
+ other bits like TV license and household (we share washing up liquid, toilet rolls etc) the usual!

Not to put anyone off but if your a student you're probably too young for what we're looking for (27 to 35ish) and yes please you must have a regular job!
